What does the view from a $95MM, 1,396ft-high penthouse in NYC look like?

If you’re the kind of person who looks skyward in anticipation of falling air conditioners and fancy things that the sun does, you’ve probably caught a glimpse of the 89-story toothpick towering over Midtown. Better known as 432 Park Ave, it’s the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere (damn you, Dubai).

One of the stunning penthouses just sold for around $95MM, and thanks to Mashable, you can catch a glimpse of the digs here:

At 1,396ft, the building stands just a hair taller than One World Trade Center (minus the pesky spire).

432 Park won’t officially open until Spring 2015. Luckily, a handful of units are still available, so if you have an extra $16.95MM lying around, there’s a two-bedroom with your name on it. Unless you’re just looking for a place to put up your maid. Then you might only have to shell out $1.53MM.
