The Regional Arts & Culture Council and the City of Portland have made the Rose City's extensive public art collection browsable through this app, which finds pieces near your location and gives you extensive information on each work, meaning you won't be able to call Pete Beeman's Pod, across from Powell's Books, "Satan's Testicle" anymore.
