The subterranean area below mainstay music venue Neumos has been transformed thanks to the addition of a bar, and a fully kitted performance space run by a booker bringing in acts (like the PDX-based folk/indie band Horse Feathers, and Brooklyn pop duo Tanlines) that're, um, underground.
