Just now available in the District, these semi-touristy-but-actually-fun cell phone-based interactive scavenger hunts each explore a different 'hood, last 2-3hrs, and involve assorted challenges, riddles, puzzles, trivia & photo ops, all conducted through text messages, which probably explains why they haven't incorporated a Capitol Hill edition.
