This Brooklyn-based underground supper club's recreating the $1500-a-head, 21-course odyssey originally crafted by grub titans Thomas Keller and Grant Achatz. Now, $300 gets you all the craziness, highlighted by stuff like black truffle-spiked hen egg custard, Japanese Greenup abalone in matsutake mushroom broth, and spice cake made with rum, persimmon, and Ohio honeycomb (Ohio buckeye only looks sweet on paper).
