FMC's a just-launched supperclub w/ modern yet approachable grub, killer cocktails, and local art, brought to you by "a working chef, a food and art passionate, and an aspiring mixologist". While menus and settings're TBD, expect action like Sumant Pardal's butter chicken paired with an '07 Austrian Gruner Veltliner and croissant banana bread pudding w/ a digestif of Buffalo Trace bourbon/Darjeeling/ginger/orange bitters, or as it's known in the hip-hop community, orange haaaaters.
