The madcap traveling extravaganza of Lucha libre wrestling, saucy striptease, and comedic emceeing's back, and while this installment pits "masked mammal" Shamu Jr. and Chupacabra the "Mexican goat sucker" against local challengers Leon De Oro and Fantastico, the main event's gotta be Dr. Atom the midget and the massive Dr. Maldad vs. Ultimo Dragoncito and the cross-dressing Cassandro -- who makes up for a lack of male clothing with an ability to not get promoted beyond a certain transparent ceiling.
