Sweeties Pie Diner (now closed)

Just opened on the fringe of the CCP campus, Sweeties is a 38-seat pie-aholics Mecca, offering breakfast options like a fruit salad number; a slew of sweet jobs from apple crumb to pecan bourbon; and a rotating selection of lunch and dinner-appropriate pastry-crusted savory goodness, including pot pies like sweet potato enchilada, corn & shiitake mushroom, and root vegetable -- which many consider to be the pie of all evil.
