World Record Guacamole

In an effort to break the Guinness record for "largest serving of guacamole", four big-name Miami chefs, including Allen Susser of Chef Allen's and Michael Schwartz of Michael's Genuine, will work with local high school kids to whip up over two tons of avocados into guac, avocado cake, avocado pie, and ice cream. You'll be able to support the school's culinary programs by buying the goods after all's said and done, plus Schnebly's will also be open for tours/tastings all day, including samplings of their avocado wine (tasty, but it's no asparagus beer).
