Hand-stitched by a baseball-obsessed designer, these collectible gloves & balls are modeled after actual turn-of-the-century equipment, from an 1890s catcher's glove boasting a horsehide exterior, mahogany horsehide lining, and a brass snap closure, to an 1870s cream-leather-and-white-stitched ball inked with the phrase "Professional Dead Ball", which no matter how you interpret it likely resulted from too few athletic supporters.
