This slick, 70-seat trattoria's got two polished marble bars (one which overlooks the exhibition kitchen) and row upon row of two-tops lorded over by walls plastered with punchy quotes -- some inspiring, some foolhardy -- from the likes of Rupert Murdoch, RFK, Tiger Woods and more. They're plating stuff like hand-rolled lobster n' crab stuffed ravioli and chianti-glazed Chilean sea bass wrapped in eggplant.
