Finding a vegan eatery in LA that's not Thai is tougher than finding a vegetarian who can pin you, but this just-opened spot from the former owner of Tierra Cafe serves up everything from pancakes to pizza to Mexican. However, with items like Tofu Benediction and Tempeh Tu-No Salad, they do continue the vegan tradition of tagging simple dishes with stupid names.
