An award-winning chef best known for Halyards steakhouse and Italian eatery Tramici, Dave Snyder took some time off from reminiscing about being Ford Fry's New England Culinary Institute roommate to create this photo-aided recipe for amazing Boston Butt sandwiches, which oddly benefit from some Heat.

You can smoke said meat or braise it in the oven; all you'll need is that butt (which's actually shoulder, making you feel infinitely more comfortable eating it), spices, chicken stock, Dave's Italy-inspired sauce, and ketchup, something the Hawks will be playing with the Heat for far too long.
