Officially making bars in houses in historic Roswell a trend, Slate's outfitted its abode with a counter-seating sunroom, an attic with two-tops, and a soon-to-come outside "Guitar Room" with axes on the wall. Bite down on sausages mad-scientist-ed into burgers (bratwurst, Italian sausage, chorizo), sammies (lamb reuben), or entrees like BBQ-glazed meatloaf or the skillet-served, ginger-BBQ’d Kobe brisket "Hot Pot", although as Snoop will tell you, it has to be at some point, or otherwise it doesn't work.
