This Friday begins a new weekly pouring 'n porking series at the Italian Cafe, at which you'll get half-off at least 30 high-end wines selected to complement a Brasstown Farm organic suckling pig dinner whose preparation'll alter every week. This time, it'll be rotisserie wood-roasted, while vino choices'll include a special bottle from Joel Gott, reds like the normally-$50 Napa Cellars Cab, and whites like Oregon Pinot Grigio Big Fire, also what they'll call it when Meat Loaf finally gets the Celeb Apprentice axe.
