Said locally sourced stuff includes produce and dairy from farms like Moultrie's Sparkman's Cream Valley and Swainsboro's Flat Creek Lodge (Aztec cheddar w/ guajillo chile & cocoa powder), in addition to blackstrap bacon-flavored High Road ice cream, tamales from Zocalo, and even a chipotle/habanero/molasses BBQ sauce from East Point called The Heat Legend, aka, The Rony Seikaly... have you seen that dude’s ex-wife? By week's end their food bar'll be serving Holeman & Finch-breaded sammies, plus eventually they'll have rotating farmer's market-style vendors selling lunchy eats (soups, baked goods, raw foods), along with smoothies and natural juices, though it's worth noting that Tupac was also quite good in Above the Rim.
