This event'll let you eat nine different reinterpretations of the classic Philadelphia staple from the likes of Philly's Union Trust & Square 1682, AC's Carmine's & Tony Boloney's, and Brooklyn's HBH. And before you're all "yeah this sounds great, but I only go to events with unlimited beer and bourbon", know that this thing's also got unlimited beer (!) and bourbon (!!).

Dos Caminos Presents Tacos & Tequila

Even though you only go to events with unlimited beer (!) and bourbon (!!), you might want to make an exception for this pairing of unlimited margs, mixeds, and shots with a 'til-midnight premium taco bar featuring epic meats (BBQ'd lamb, slow-roasted pork, and wine-braised short ribs), toppings (grapefruit pineapple slaw, jalapeno mint salsita), and everything you need to put together a Choco Taco.

New Jersey Says "Drink My Beer"
July 27th, 10p-12a; Suite 7400 at Caesars; 2100 Pacific Ave
Things you don't care about: Discovery Channel beer-storian Gary Monterosso being at this event armed with important brew facts. Things you totally do: Two hours' worth of poolside tapas & unlimited sips of 16 Garden State brews (Flying Fish, NJ Beer Co...) that'll be paired off -- so like, ale vs. ale, or porter vs. porter -- a match-up where everyone wins/has their bag promptly delivered to their room.

Blues, Brews & BBQ
July 28th, 12-3p; Showboat Main Lot; 801 Boardwalk
Paula Deen's headlining this live blues and 'cue event, so expect infinite pours of 15 craft butters beers, and nearly a dozen Philly pitmasters (Fat Jack's, Smokin' Betty's, Devil's Alley...) slow-cooking you sticky-sweet chicken, pulled pork, beef brisket, and dry- & wet-rubbed ribs.
