Eat Beer Balls

Early-bird tickets just went on sale for Beer Balls, a meat-meets-suds Belmont showdown, with a whole range of spots (Mandola's, Second Bar + Kitchen, Congress, Kenichi...) sending chefs who'll carve specialty meat-spheres to pair with brews like Brooklyn's East India, Left Hand's Fade to Black, and Maui's Big Swell IPA, which hopefully doesn't describe your own meat spheres.
