The sandwichery that made its bones competing on the Great American Food Truck Race is now a brick-and-mortar, window-service Chestnut spot boasting a completely overhauled menu loaded with meats & veggies that they cure in-house, so at least something at this diet-busting place has a clean bill of health.

Served on La Mexicana bread and wrapped in pages from The Onion, grilled & pressed offerings include the saintly Who 'Dat (mortadella, Black Forest ham, capicola, olive salad, provolone, aioli), the BBQ'Ban (smoked pork, BF ham, Swiss, cheddar, pickles, Carolina mustard), and the deep-fried mortadella/ roasted pepper relish/ cheddar Fat Albert, which'll instantly turn you into a Mushmouth.

You'll also find a braised-pork banh mi, a revamp of trailer favorite Pineapple Express (adding pulled chicken & ginger pineapple slaw to Black Forest, Swiss, Jack, spicy ranch, and a vanity MFA), sides like incredibly sour fried pickles, and vanilla-glazed, crispy blueberry banana bread called Blue Balls.

Although you can't eat inside, they do have plenty of patio seating, plus hangout bonuses like a ping pong table, so be sure to allot some time to bounce before you... bounce.
