The Taco Truck

Now slinging authentic Mexi-street food at random spots about town (whilst they await permits from the city), this just-arrived-from-Hoboken mobile taqueria builds tacos like the Barbacoa De Costilla (pasilla braised shredded beef w/ roasted red salsa), Carnitas Michoacan (slow-braised sweet pork w/ onions & cilantro), and the Pescado, which's got crispy catfish topped by a Mexican tartar sauce, pico, and red cabbage, which noted '50s food blogger Joe McCarthy saw everywhere.
