Griddler's Burgers & Dogs
Having shuttered their Beacon Hill sammy shop, The Federal, earlier this year, the dudes at Boston Nightlife Ventures are hitting the reset button and unveiling GB&D, a 24-seater in the same location that slings burgers like the double-barreled Gooey (two beef patties stuffed with American) and chipotle mayo'd Firehouse w/ pickled cherry pepper & pepper jack; dogs piled with sauerkraut, Swiss, and Thousand Island (the Reuben) or pico de gallo, bacon, sour cream, and black bean puree (Tijuana); as well as waffle fries/ onion rings and specialty shakes like an oat-topped apple pie and cinnamon sugar number and one made with Frosted Flakes-infused milk that's, yep, particularly Grrrreeattt.
