Curry Cruiser

Indian street food, roaming the streets

Definitely not inspired by watching Eddy just lazily standing around after setting a pick, the "Curryrolls" being pushed out by the well-traveled local designer/ photographer behind the Curry Cruiser are all hit with cilantro-mint chutney, pickled onions/ carrots/ peppers, and spiced crema before being wrapped up in a special flatbread that gets baked each morning, a move that probably was actually inspired by Eddy. The options:

Punjabi Chicken: The thighs in this joint're braised until tender in a garam masala sauce sporting strong hints of coriander and cardamom, a move that will totally make her day in spite of the fact she probably shouldn't be hanging around at bars with 20-somethings.

Calcutta Chickpea: This veggie-friendly option simmers peas in an "aromatic homestyle curry" flavored with garlic, caramelized onions, and ginger, which definitely plays well with that Cream-a.

Goan Pork: Slow-roasted pork shoulder gets a bath in a chile/ peppercorn-amped 10-spice vindaloo sauce, a much better bet to bring the heat than Eddy, given his own copious number of Curryrolls.
