The longtime sushi stalwarts have unveiled a spanking new home, suspending sake barrels from the ceiling and appointing the upstairs cocktail lounge with birch barrels and etched glass, an ideal backdrop for enjoying bourbon-barrel-aged sake alongside rawness like the escolar/red chili pepper/jalapeno White Heat roll, which Mike Miller never really got on last season.
