Setting up shop in what was once Cafe Bernard, Chez Moi's updating the space with wire-caged crystal chandeliers interspersed among massive still life oil paintings, but an ex-Bistro 110 chef will keep things Frenchy with boudin noir over crushed apple 'n mashed potatoes, boneless pigs' feet crepinettes w/ foie 'n fingerlings, and braised short ribs with fried celery angel hair (so angelic, it attracts stalkers!).
