The Big Cheese North Center gets a grilled cheese shop

No one wants to rashly broadcast the news that The Big Cheese has arrived in Chicago, lest a weirdly polite mob of dairy-hoarding Wisconsinites attempt to smuggle it back up north but... damn the torpedo-style sandwiches, The Big Cheese has arrived in Chicago, channeling the iconic sandwich with Kraft Single-colored walls offset by a bread crust-colored ceiling. Oh, and they're also cooking them.

Naturally there's a three-cheesed classic rendition (yellow & white cheddar, American), but they're also exploring the form with creations like the Red Devil (chorizo & chihuahua with jalapeno, cilantro, and possibly bite-sized bits of Manchester United's mascot), and the Maxwell St. Polish, featuring sliced sausage mixed with peppers, onions, and Provolone. Naturally they're also offering up cream of tomato soup sprinkled with fresh basil, and fries, but realized you'd be all "I NEED MORE DAIRY OR MY STOMACH WON'T HURT", so their spuds are given a liberal coating of Parm.

Realizing your cheese needs may extend to the morning, they're also letting you breakfastize your grilled cheese with an egg, or eggify your cheese in the form of an omelet, but either way, eat it quickly before your breakfast shows up at some bachelor party in Fond Du Lac
