A family-owned bakery that's been selling its bread to area restaurants for years, UC's newly opened retail operation turns out first-thing-AM goodness from baguettes, to pretzel rolls, to walnut- 'n raisin-studded rye, while also pouring Metropolis coffee, and making sammies like a capicola/salami/mortadella on ciabatta joint known as The Grind, likely eaten by no one who should be throwing down shirtless in public.
