Eat A roving wagon of healthiness

From a couple of recent Yale grads who opened a similarly concepted brick 'n mortar in New Haven while still undergrads (eat your heart out, Zuckerberg. Literally), LST is roaming the streets of Chi slinging salads and wraps, like the wing-inspired Blue Buffalo, and the Summertime Salad, rocking apples, edamame, strawberries, Craisins, and hopefully a short set Will Smith just picked up at the mall.
