BBQ mobilized

Launching tomorrow at food-truck-a-palooza Off the Grid in UN Plaza, TRW is a sound-system-equipped BBQ mobile imagined by a meat-lover who just put in his two weeks at Anheuser-Busch. The truck'll sport SF's only on-board smoker, which'll cook up to 240lbs of meat at a time, including 13hr-smoked Texas beef brisket, pulled pork 'wiches, a jalapeno-spiked creamed corn cornbread souffle, and St. Louis-style BBQ ribs, aka not-as-good-as-Seattle-style BBQ ribs.
