Charlie Palmer's Foie Gras Bread Pudding
Off-menu deliciousness

If you ask them really nicely, or even just kind-of-nicely, the Joule's Charlie Palmer will twist up a traditional bread pudding with onion, garlic, and pepper before adding in a hearty portion of foie, taking the dish known in the 13thC as "poor man's pudding" and turning it into "that poor man, he didn't know about the Joule's off-menu bread pudding" pudding.
