Opening Thursday, this permanent food truck park will play host to a revolving daily lineup of some of Dallas's finest (The Butcher's Son, Crazy Fish, Gandolfo's NY Deli, Potato Potahto, etc), plus Ft Worthian staples like Lee's Grilled Cheese, In A Pickle, Crazy Sisters, the Bacon Wagon, Yum Yum, and Snoball Corral, which hopefully won't get run over and replaced by Snoball II Corral.
