Rosemont (now closed) Breakfasting, Ellum-style

The latest from Local's Tracy Miller, this modern diner boasts lighting reminiscent of a high school gym, and locally sourced eats not at all reminiscent of a high school cafeteria, from citrus-glazed salmon w/ dried apricot couscous, to a house-ground sirloin burger, to a tartar-sauced pan-fried fish sandwich served with a side of what Cuba Gooding Jr. said when his Snow Dogs costars wouldn't quit asking him what it was like working with Ice Cube (hush puppies).
