With the arrival of their first child imminent, longtime La Duni managers Fernando and Lydia Barrera have decided to give you a belly bump, by opening Latin Deli, a take-out-only spot on the corner of Abrams and NW Highway flush with new and exciting ways to make you no-longer-hungry.

Those new and exciting ways involve hefty Latin sandwiches stuffed with ingredients from local farmers markets (see every sandwich they serve in this pictorial tour; just make sure your car keys are already in hand when you do). You'll also find kingly muffins (cheese & jalapeno, bacon & maple...), fresh fruit smoothies, and pick-me-ups like the cappuccino/brown sugar/cinnamon Cuban Cafecito -- though once you helplessly devour all seven 'wiches, no amount of caffeine will keep you from crashing.
