Chef Tiffany Derry's dropped a slew of seasonal items, including apps like clams w/ chorizo-roasted tomato, fluke crudo topped w/ yuzu-jalapeno nage, and burrata-sided beef carpaccio. Bigger stuff stretches from wild boar ribs in tamarind BBQ sauce, to Serrano-ham-blessed grilled Arctic char, to sunchoke/Burgundy truffle/buerre rouge monkfish, which will compulsively insist you chew every bite 17 times.
