La Revolucion Taqueria y Cantina Tacos and tequila in Louisville

From a vet of kitchens in CO and, randomly, Alaska, this former Louisville garage is decorated with paintings and photos of Cesar Chavez and migrant workers, both of whom might enjoy (but might not -- who can say?!) their pork carnitas with tomatillo salsa/ cotija, chicken mole enchiladas, and the shrimp/ chorizo/ onion/ spinach Papa's Burrito.
