"Eat. Drink. Give." would be great sequel where Julia Roberts puts out even more -- for now though, it's a kickass culinary event bringing Mile High's best chefs and bartenders to a DJ-equipped Ya Ya's Euro Bistro. All proceeds will go to Saint Joseph Hospital, while all that follows will go into you:

BLT Sliders from Ya Ya's (Aaron Whitcomb): The hosts represent with housemade lamb bacon (said to have a "crispy, gamey, goat-cheesy taste") topping a patty with heirloom tomato/ mache leaves/ aioli, all of which is sandwiched inside a milk bun described as "really soft", so, like Pau Gasol... except there's meat in it, and it's good, so maybe more like Marc Gasol.

Duck a L'Orange from The Village Cork (Samir Mohammad): Like Kiefer Sutherland, this duck becomes "really rich" over the course of 24hrs, where it's marinated in oranges/ Chinese five-spice mix/ duck gizzards before being stuffed with endives and topped with jicama & red peppers.

Lamb Andouille from the late, great Encore on Colfax (Paul Reilly): CO lamb sausage is mesquite smoked, prepped andouille-style (basically, lots of cayenne & clove), and served over dirty rice seasoned with onion/ celery/ bell pepper, better known as "the Cajun Trinity", also a great school for kids that can't get into Cajun Yale.

Encore'll also be reincarnated with signature 'tails from former tender Dean Copeland, and there's about 10 more chefs also in the mix -- so grab your tickets now, as no amount of praying is going to keep them from selling out.
