Shouting about fire in a crowded restaurant name, Ignite! Fire-Crafted Food + Rooftop Bar is a Ballpark-based 4800sqft "urban gastropub" with Beetle Kill pine walls, epic views, and hearty eats coming out of a wood-fired oven burnin' at 700 degrees, though they'd only need six to make Bacon.

The kindling of a proper meal, their shared plates run from calamari frites that've been fried and chile-spiced, to pan-seared pancetta shrimp with caper vinaigrette, to housemade sweet/ spicy bacon jerky called Man Candy, aka what Mitt Romney's Secret Service code name would be if he were elected. Va va voom! For mains, they's got cast-iron pan joints like chicken pot pie with corn/ poblanos/ sage leeks, a pizza with mozz/ sausage/ sopressata/ pepperoni, a signature burger with bacon/ onion bourbon jam/ caramelized onions/ Gorgonzola, and a molasses-rubbed grilled pork tenderloin with cidered gravy from White Marble Farms, a place ignored by kids once they discovered White Pog Slammers Farms.

Oh, and after 10p every night, they'll offer heavily discounted fried goodness like truffle frites/ wings/ fried pickles, and even flash-fried tempura shrimp lollipops, so just like a proper fire -- or someone hearing an awesome Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr decision -- you should be getting stoked.
