Signature tubed meats include the Hawaiian Dogg (Polish sausage doused in garlic lemon sauce, "Hawaiian mustard", and mango relish), the Bird Dogg (chicken-apple sausage schmeared with jalapeno cream cheese), and the bison sausage/ spicy mustard/ jalapeno relish/ cheddar sauce Buff Dogg, which doubles as an adorable, redundant nickname for that bounty hunter. If phallic meat isn't your thing (weirdo!), there's also wings in flavors like teriyaki, "Louisiana's version of a BBQ sauce", and "Growling Hot", plus Angus 'n turkey sliders, all of which can be paired with sides like deep-fried pickle spears or sweet potato tater tots that're like "putting little sugar balls in your mouth", except, you know, presumably with some potato flavor.
Four rotating mostly local taps complement the eats, plus there're also bottles of New Belgium's Abbey, and Oskar Blues' Old Chub, which Blue Mountain State will surely soon make a hilarious joke entire episode about.
