Shuttered since March due to fire damage, Oak's now back with a “substantially remodeled” space (including a 50-seat private dining area), and delicious new eats like “Korean cut” short ribs with housemade hoisin/ Oak beef jerky/ squash/ jalapeno, a grilled Tender Belly Farm pork chop with pickled pepper jam/ grits/ crispy pig ears, and a Rocky Jr Chicken wood-fired “under a brick”, an order more commonly heard at a Boulder dispensary.
