An amuse-bouche to its big brother T|ACO Denver (opening in a few months), the Boulder newcomer's “energetic dining room” is oddly punctuated (¿¿?) with Spaghetti Western memorabilia, and plates over 10 street tacos like steak (w/ poblano rajas & avocado), red snapper (w/ chipotle mayo & pickled onion), and braised pork belly (w/ guajillo salsa).
