Turtle Crossing (now closed)

Initially revamping their menu to go along with their physical renovation (upholstered burgundy banquettes, no more open kitchen), TC's bringing back old faves including duck quesadillas, sandwiches piled high with brisket and pulled pork, and a variety of slow-smoked BBQ platters that can be augmented with $3-per ribs, kind of like loosies that'll make your pants anything but.
