Anthony's Burger & Brew Bar

You like to mooooo-ve it mooooo-ve it

Hotel lobbies may be a good place to head after the after-show after-party, but considering it's as if those parties are catered, why would said lobbies even bother serving food? Because not everyone can roll with R. Kelly, and those starving, unmicturated saps need a spot like Anthony's Burger & Brew Bar, a mod M Resort meat mecca that juxtaposes over-the-top patty creations with swanky minimalist elements like replica Barcelona chairs, in which you can hopefully Mies van der Rohe-ll yourself home. Ogle a few of the menu's gonzo burgers, and their recommended beer pairings:

The Imperial Burger (w/ Sierra Nevada Pale Ale): Alongside mushrooms, caramelized onions, and Gruyere cheese, this joint's heap of stout-braised short ribs creates the ideal situation of "meat on meat on meat", so... that dude from Porky's is going to show up and sit on your sandwich!?

The Lager Burger (w/ Estrella Damm): Griddled onions & peppers, provolone, and Peroni-poached Italian sausage, which could also involve Tony Ganios, considering he'd have to be pretty lit up to sit on your Imperial Burger.

The I.P.A. (w/ Firestone Union Jack IPA): BBQ spices're worked into a patty that kicks up the heat with pepper jack, fried jalapenos, and roasted hatch chiles, so I.P.A. probably stands for Intense Poo Afterwards.

Other combos run from shaved pastrami & creamy coleslaw to Irish cheddar & smoked bacon, while non-hammies include mini brats and giant platters of garlic-Parm fries, proving anything hot and fresh out their kitchen will make your belly bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce...
