Launched this past weekend by the dude behind Papilles and Mignon, this Sunday-Funday-only DTLA sausage pop-up (hahahaha) will be grilling up four distinctly different, mostly German bunned wieners (Bratwurst, Kasekrainer, Knackwurst, Polish Kielbasa), plus pouring a pair of rotating Deutschland beers.
