Just now open in Century City, SmithHouse's a gastropub with arched exposed-brick ceilings and massive vintage-esque murals, serving up (what else but) Top Chef contestant-created grub (steak banh mi w/ pickled carrots & cilantro, a turkey & gravy burger w/ cranberry jam, etc.), cocktails from a team that includes the Roger Room guy (like the "Officer's Ration" w/ gin, lime, grapefruit, honey, and soda), and 120 tap beers from all over the world, also available in themed 5-option tasters, like the Oktoberfest/ Dogfish/ Victory Golden/ Allagash Black/ Goose Island Matilda "Eastside Flight" -- so wait, the Henry Clay People have left the city?
