Since you only eat food made by James Beard nominees and Swedish puppets with creepy mustaches, Cliff's Edge is delivering the former, by hiring Benjamin Bailly to rework the entire menu as exec chef. It's divided into four sections (To Share, Start, Follow, and...Desserts!) and features winners like crispy polenta with a sunny-side up egg, sauteed mushrooms and Pecorino Romano, Berkshire pork belly with gigante beans, chorizo & piquillo sofrito, and... Desserts!
