Long, slim, and aqua, UG's outfitted with picnic benches and a room-anchoring counter serving up 100 combinations of food from the region of the world that really, really likes the purple property next to Baltic Ave. Pitas can be stuffed with everything from classic dips (sun-dried tomato & garlic hummus, lebneh yogurt), to flora (tabouli, Tuscan kale), to proteins like rotisserie lemon-herb chicken and -- from a vertical broiler -- marinated fresh cuts of lamb with no fillers or pressed meat.
