Rosewood Tavern

Disappointingly not named for what they'd have called Betty White's Golden Girls character if she'd married Ed Wood, RT's an old Western-esque chop-shop (slinging beef like herb-marinated crispy skirt steaks, and a top sirloin culotte) featuring exposed brick walls, reclaimed-wood tables, a massive rounded roof, and a rustic, faux-aged wood bar, all from the guy behind a string of standbys including Mercantile, Delancy, Tamarind Ave. Deli, and Mission Cantina, also what they'd have called those Impossible movies if Tom Cruise was replaced by Rip Torn.
