Eat Real Festival

This free, DIY-centric NorCal food fest goes South for the first time with two days of out-there events including a butchery demo from two Top Chef dudes, a sauerkraut-making demo, local crafters selling cheese/ charcuterie/ jam/ etc., and a ton of sub-$5 grub from vendors and trucks like Vizzi, Global Soul, and Komodo, even though that's really less of a "truck", and more of a "vicious lizard that eats deer and suffers from island gigantism".
