Foie Festival

Before it gets banned July 1st, six killer chefs're sending off foie gras this Sun with a gloriously debaucherous dinner, with crazy dishes from the likes of former Top Chef-er Nyesha Arrington including foie with maple, black pepper and… marshmallow (??). Also awesome: the Anchor Distilling and Playa guys'll be keeping drinks on-theme, such as the Parisian Standard, a duck fat-washed gin cocktail with salted duck fat pear brulee & pear brandy, also what Snoop says when his R&B-singing cousin's all "Yo D-O-double-G, what's your favorite type of fruit?".
