In cahoots with citywide art project Pacific Standard Time, the Top Chef Masters dude's got a secret menu through March, available now at both his restos if you just ask nicely. All dishes and drinks are artist-inspired, including an assortment of crudo w/ kumquats, chili, lime & red seaweed served on a fish platter from artist Beatrice Wood, a fire-grilled chicken breast w/ "incendiary salsa" (inspired by a painting called "Los Angeles County Museum Of Art On Fire"), and the mezcal/ brandied raspberry "Ball Drop", though ordering it certainly won't make yours do the same.
