Ramen Jinya
The Japanese mini-chain's just opened a non-Valley outpost of their lauded ramen lunch spot, with noodle options including the garlic oil Tonkotsu Black, the soupless Crunch Top Ramen (w/ poached egg, bean sprouts, and deep-fried noodles), and a cold one w/ cucumber, pork, and sesame sauce. They've also got an appetizer (get out!) that's a chicken wing stuffed with gyoza meat called a "wingyo", but not a "wing, yo", as that's just chicken eaten by a kid who owns mad snapbacks.
